Saturdays Rock

Today was one of the best days I've had in a while. I got to sleep in (WAHOOOO) then I helped my mom clean up around the house and vacuum and such. Mom and I hung out together most of the day since dad is in Ohio visiting my brother. I would have liked to gone out and seen him coaching this year, but there just aren't enough weekends to fit everything in.
So this afternoon, Susie (mom's sister) came over and we watched some softball and baseball games on tv a little while I helped her get her new ipod thing working. She only stayed for a little, and I got my room really clean (I don't know why I bother when I know Zach is coming over and 2 minutes after he gets here it's a mess) haha :) Blaire went with my grandma to some church thing and then to her friends birthday party, so mom and I decided to go out to dinner before Zach came over. It was really nice, just mom and I having dinner and just talking. We haven't gotten to do that lately and I loved it! And to top it off, we went for seafood, yupp--crablegs, shrimp, scallops, and oysters! YUMMMM!
When mom and I got home Zach was at the house which brightened up my day even more of course! We took the fourwheeler out again tonight, but this time, we went for the dare devil approach. We had the bright idea of using a rope and tying different things behind it, and Zach riding on them. We tried; a boggie board, a snowboard, a cardboard box, a lid to a tub, a scooter, and a bike. Yeah, we're really smart we know ;)
Most of them worked, but the cardboard box and the bike worked the best. Zach liked the bike and made me drag him around everywhere! He also had the bright idea to take him off a jump thing we have at my house in the front field. I was a tad bit scared, so I tried to go the side of the jump and he steared the bike head onto the jump. Well... while he was in mid-air, the fourwheeler pulled him to the side and he started going sideways in the air. While all this was happening, I was turned around backwards watching him lose control in mid-air, knowing exactly what was about to happen. And yupp, sure enough.. WIPEOUT!!!! I let out a shrill ZACHHHH and slammed on the brakes. Luckily he got right up, smiled, and said lets go again! And yes, we did do it again.. and again.. oh yeah, and AGAIN!
After we were all muddy and soaking wet we decided to call it a night, come in and get showers, and sat down and watched a movie with my mom, sister, and her boyfriend. So yes, today rocked and I LOOOOVED it! :) Well we're going to sleep now as soon as Zach is done playing some game where he smacks a turtle? hah, Night Love Ya All ♥
